Lyle's is an expert at explaining things in a way I could understand. For example my loan officer sent me documentation stating I had a pre-approved loan then the bank sent me a contradicting letter after the fact stating my loan was contingent upon several issues. Lyle explained the difference between an underwriter and a loan officer. Lyle told me not to worry about this and he would handle it.
